Message If you get caught up in the "bigger is better" craze, and you saddle your Z w/ the biggest, baddest turbo you can find...all in the name of getting the most whp out of a dyno pull or two...your Z will be a drag car, not a street car that you would enjoy driving - even on low boost.

Ideally, it depends on what you want to use your Z for. IMHO, an averaged size turbo that doesn't sacrifice responsiveness at the low end - combined w/ a series of mods that fully takes advantage of the turbo's power output capabilities will be more than you would EVER need on the street.

...as previously stated by numerous members here...that = 450-500 at the wheels.
